This working policy explains the product’s implemented behavior. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed for each launch jurisdiction.
Data used to provide the service
We process the public URL you submit, source metadata, selected format, temporary job state and the resulting file. Full URLs are encrypted only while required for the job and are not sent to analytics.
Abuse prevention and logs
Network and device signals may be hashed into a risk identity. We retain limited security events, request correlation IDs, safe error codes and aggregate performance metrics. We do not intentionally log raw media URLs, signed URLs or object keys in public analytics.
Temporary storage
Prepared files are private and expire after the configured retention window, normally 60 minutes. Application cleanup and storage lifecycle rules provide overlapping deletion controls.
Sharing and providers
Infrastructure providers process data to run PostgreSQL, Redis, object storage, email notifications and monitoring. Lynvado does not sell a user media library.
Your choices
You may stop a safe active job, allow its temporary artifacts to expire, or contact us about privacy concerns. Legal retention may apply to abuse and copyright records.
Changes and contact
Platform support and retention may change. Material revisions will be dated before launch. Contact privacy@lynvado.com.
